Youtube is Fine for Viewers (For Content Creators though, it Fucking Sucks)

How do you do, my fellow gay fucks? Once again, I'm postponing my Dark Souls review again, because I have to talk about this.
Introduction
So as we know, Youtube is literally shit in terms of creators. From the conflicting ideas, fucking Content ID kicking everyone's asses, COPPA also kissing everyone's asses, and controversy after controversy after controversy. However, all of these problems can lead back to one person: Susan Wojcicki.
A bit of background on this meat bag (Susan Wojcicki)
Okay, children, let me give you a bit of background on Susan, who is literally the leader of the Lobotomites. The only reason that this idiot became the new CEO of Youtube is because she let the fucking Co-Founders of Google stay in her garage. Not because they thought she'd make the site great but because she let them stay in her fucking garage. However, what they didn't realize, was that this was the beginning of the end times.
The Beefy Part of this Rant (AKA, why this site is shit)
Okay, so let's start with conflicting ideas since it honestly fucking sucks. When I say those two words, the LGBTQIA+ controversy from 2019 comes to mind, and that's what I'm talking about. So just to fill you in, back in 2019, Youtube got in a bit of hot water when a Youtuber tested which words would get a video demonetized. Most of them made sense, some of them only made sense to robots, but most were... pretty controversial. The big words that people got riled up about were the ones related to the LGBTQIA+ community, as this pretty much conflicted with the idea of Youtube wanting to be inclusive. Susan, not wanting to get in trouble, said, "Oh, we'll fix it right away." She didn't. She ended up fixing the problem months after she'd said that, so what did she do in that time? She made a shit video that basically said, "Oh hey, we can be inclusive too!" All the clips in the video were from western culture, where gay marriage is legal. What do they benefit from this video, they aren't fighting for their rights anymore. Why not show the struggles of the fellow queers where they're, I don't know, BEING THROWN OFF BUILDINGS?!
This next one I'm going to talk about is a pretty minor thing, but it just shows that Susan has a pretty bad business motto. So back in 2018, for a little bit, if you looked up "how to", you'd get some... not good results. So how did Susan fix it? She didn't, she just banned IDubbz and Conan O'Brien from her site for like a week rather than doing anything. This shows that Susan's business motto is pretty much just, "If there's a problem, don't fix it. Just start a bigger problem to take people's attention away from the previous problem." This is probably the WORST business motto ever.
Now, the last thing we're gonna talk about before I conclude this rant is the COPPA policy (woo-hoo). Now, I'm gonna keep this part short, because everyone's fucking talked about it, so here goes. It sucks. Not only is it vague as all hell, but there's no middle ground. Your content's either made for children, or it isn't. If you say that it is for children, then comments are disabled, you make no money on videos, and your life is just all around ruined. If it isn't designed for children, then they send a bot to confirm if that is true or not. If it isn't, then you can be fined up to $42k PER VIDEO. So basically, the FTC is pretty much just trying to run Youtubers out of business, and this all started because some mom got all pissy about her kid watching like Pewdiepie, or something. Even though everyone has said what I'm about to say, I'll say it anyway. We're content creators, not fucking babysitters. If you don't like your kid watching videos with swearing, then boo-hoo, actually take care of your fucking kid and stop banging the fucking pool cleaner.
Conclusion
So that's all I really had to say, I just wanted to vent my frustration. If you enjoyed this, then just come back for more. Once again, sorry for postponing my Dark Souls review, I just had to say this. If it gets postponed again, it will probably be because of a Condemned: Criminal Origins review. Anyway, thanks for reading, and remember to stay gay.
